We think our dog may have stepped on my son's laptop as the screen had nasty black marks. Rang and spoke to these guys just to check I was ordering the right screen then ordered it. A day and a half later it arrived and we've just installed it after watching some YouTube videos. All fixed. The display seems to be the same as it was previously so have given all 5 stars. Look, these seem to be genuine screens, so I have no issue with Laptop LCD Screen, but the model number I matched was only available in matte, but I was replacing a gloss screen. There is definitely more backlight bleed on the replacement, and due to the matte nature, not as bright or vivid looking as the screen it was replacing. However, service and delivery were lightning fast and packaged well. No issue with the supplier itself.
